Abstract
Thailand has stepped into a new way of life or New Normal since the emergence of a new disease, covid 19, which makes us change our lives from working at the office to working at home or working from home, various situations of the country. The economy slowed down. whether public and private In this state, everyone has to adapt, especially the leadership of the new era, which is one of the leadership qualities every organization must have.
