Abstract

The objective of this research were: to study current conditions, needs, and The objective of this research were: to study current conditions, needs, and development the model of information communication and technology in Pra-pariyatti-dharma school, General Education Division, Group 10. The samples of this study were : 1) 39 school managers, 2) 39 school directors, 3) 70 assistant school directors, and 4) 230 teachers, total of 378 monks/persons. The target group included 9 school director, and teachers in management of information communication and technology. The research instrument was questionnaire as 5 level rating scale. The reliability of total issue was = 0.98. The IOC ranged between 0.85-1.00. Data were analyzed by using the computer program. The research findings found that: 1. The situation of development for information communication and technology in Pra-pariyatti-dharma school. General education division, group 10, in overall, the average value was in “High” level. The aspect with highest level of average value, was the technology for knowledge management. The second order included the technology for knowledge construction, the technology for learning, the technology for knowledge storage, and the technology usage for knowledge promotion. the aspect with lowest level of average value, was the technology usage for sharing. 2. The need for PNI modified in development of management model of information communication and technology in Pra-pariyatti-dharma, General education division, group 10, in overall value, included the technology for learning, and the technology usage for knowledge promotion. The second order was the technology for knowledge storage, the technology of knowledge management. The aspect with lowest level of need for development, was the technology for knowledge construction. 3. The development of management model for information communication and technology in Pra-pariyatti-dharma School, General Education Division, Group 10, ranking in order of needs as follows: 1) the technology for learning, the school promoted technology using for knowledge search from both of in side and outside organization, 2) the technology usage for knowledge promotion, the school provided opportunity for learning new skills by using technology, 3) the technology for knowledge storage, the storage knowledge was improved and used in learning continuously, 4) the technology usage for sharing, the school improved the technology to be modern and available for being used throughout the time, 5) the technology for knowledge management, the teachers and students were able to use the technology efficiently, and 6) the technology 6 for knowledge construction, the school developed the management continuously and regularly.
