Abstract
The purpose of this research aims to 1) Study current condition of academic The purpose of this research aims to 1) Study current condition of academic administration strategy of northeast charity school district 1 in buddhist temples. 2) Study the significant of academic administration strategy of northeast charity school district 1 in buddhist temples. 3) Develop academic administration strategy of northeast charity school district 1 in buddhist temples. Samples in this research are 10 school administrators and 140 teachers. Applied research instrument is scale based on 5 levels with content validity (IOC) of 0.85-1.00 and reliability of 0.98. Data has been analyzed by a computer program. The results are: 1. The overall level of current condition of academic administration strategy of northeast charity school district 1 in buddhist temples is high, especailly on eminent intellectual virtue, followed by the four eminent virtue and virtue contemplative prayer. 2. The overall level of the significant of academic administration strategy of northeast charity school district 1 in buddhist temples is 0.16 with 2 aspects that need to be developed which are the four eminent virtue and virtue contemplative prayer respectively. Eminent intellectual virtue has been signifiantly appropriate without any need for development. 3. Academic administration strategies of northeast charity shcool district 1 in buddhist temples are identified into 1) 4 strategies on the four eminent virtue; communication, registration, general learning, and learning innovation, 2) 5 strategies on virtue contemplative prayer; library, advisory, learning development, quality assurance in education, and curriculum development, 3) 4 straegies on eminent intellectual virtue; adcademic plan and policy, research, evaluation, and teaching assessment.
