Factors Influencing the Effectiveness in Ordinary National Education Test of Grade 9 Student in Kanchanaburi Province

Abstract

This research aims to : 1) Study the condition of ordinary national education test of grade 9 student in Kanchanaburi province and 2) Study the influence of family factor community factor school factor and government policy in ordinary national education test of grade 9 student in kanchanaburi province. Sample groups consisted of 2 group: 1) 20 persons school administrators and head of academic affairs for qualitative research 2) 400 persons senior student third year for quantitative research. The instrument are used in to collect data were: In-depth Interview and Structural equation modeling.  This research aims to : 1) Study the condition of ordinary national education test of grade 9 student in Kanchanaburi province and 2) Study the influence of family factor community factor school factor and government policy in ordinary national education test of grade 9 student in kanchanaburi province. Sample groups consisted of 2 group: 1) 20 persons school administrators and head of academic affairs for qualitative research 2) 400 persons senior student third year for quantitative research. The instrument are used in to collect data were: In-depth Interview and Structural equation modeling. 


The findings indicated that: 


1. Factors influencing the effectiveness in ordinary national education test of grade 9 student in Kanchanaburi province are rated at a high level ranking from : 1) Family factor 2) Government policy 3) School factor and 4) Community factor respectively.


2. The results of confirmatory factor analysis of ordinary national education test improvement model of grade 9 student in Kanchanaburi province were found that: the model is consistent with the empirical data with statistical significance at .01 and a GFI of .986, as well as an adjusted harmonic index (AGFI) of 1. 985 was to 1, indicating that the model accepts the linear equation. The research corresponds to the empirical data.
