Abstract

This research objectives are 1) to study the satisfaction of receiving the academic service on mcunkr Buddhist Radio broadcasting Station 2) to compare the level of This research objectives are 1) to study the satisfaction of receiving the academic service on mcunkr Buddhist Radio broadcasting Station 2) to compare the level of satisfaction of academic service to the society on the Buddhist radio broadcasting system classified by personal factors, 3) to tudy the result of the evaluation of academic in social service and the method to develop a program of academic service to society on radio broadcasting Buddhism consistent with identity University mission the samples were people who listened to the Buddhist radio programs on the radio that 400 listeners in NakhonRatchasima Campus, data were analyzed using percentage, standard deviation and t-test and F-test. 


The findings revealed:


1. The satisfaction on the academic service of the Buddhist radio broadcasting station at mcunkr. The sample is females, 58.75% of them are between the ages of 41-50 years, and 35.50%. The undergraduate level has listeners, or 58.75% and businesses / private businesses accounts for 26.75%. The average monthly income of 10,000 - 20,000 baht, or 41.75% of the satisfaction level of academic service to the society on the Buddhist radio broadcasting station . The result states that the highest level of satisfaction ( gif.latex?\bar{x}=3.90, S.D. = 0.81) was the benefit received from the item ( gif.latex?\bar{x}= 4.83, SD = 0.80). It has Followed by the item structure ( gif.latex?\bar{x}= 4.02, SD = 0.79) and the least satisfaction was the technical presentation of the facilitator ( gif.latex?\bar{x}= 3.22, S.D. = 0.79).1. 2. The findings on satisfaction of academic services with the society of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University radio station NakhonRatchasima Campus by personal factors, say that the personal factors are classified by sex, age, education level and monthly income. The satisfaction of the academic service to the society on theBuddhism radio broadcasting Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University NakhonRatchasima Campus is not different with the statistical significance level .05. 


3. The result on the evaluation of academic social service of Buddhist radio broadcasting station in Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University Nakhonratchasima Campus is related by identidy and function of the MCU University that is academic social service of Buddhist in multimedia. The guidelines for the development of academic service programs for the society. The result states that the social service of the radio station should contain the content of focuses on information, knowledge of Buddhism and various aspects. The benefits to the public and society are interesting content format, there are an opportunities for the listenes to participate in the program.The trainer should be trained and develop skills, techniques to make the show more attractive and effective.
