Abstract

This research served specific purposes: 1) Enhance attitudes towards waste This research served specific purposes: 1) Enhance attitudes towards waste management in accordance with good governance principles of municipal administration. 2) To compare the attitudes towards solid waste management in accordance with the good governance of the municipal administration. 3) To propose a model for enhancing attitudes towards solid waste management in accordance with good governance principles of city administrators. Northeastern region the samples used in this study were the municipal administrators. The Northeastern central consists of the Office of the municipality in Kalasin, Office of the municipality in KhonKaen, Office of the municipality in Maha Sarakham and office of the municipality in Roi Et. A total of 1,264 people were interviewed by the systematic sampling method. From the roster R.V. Krejcie and D.W. Morgan. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D.) and test. One-way ANOVA or F-test and T-test were used to determine the significance level at P = 0.05.
The research found that: 
1. A model for enhancing the attitudes towards solid waste management in the administration of municipal administration. There is a number of ways in which the municipal waste management attitudes can be addressed by collecting waste from various sources, transporting, converting and destroying. Garbage to prevent adverse effects on the environment. It also promotes and supports the dissemination of information and knowledge about solid waste to the community. In order for people to be aware of the dangers of solid waste, people have to take part in solving problems. People in the community can participate in the following are as : Participating in decision-making, jointly planning, and evaluation. 
2. Comparative study of solid waste management in the municipal administration central. Northeastern region at different sex consciousness of different waste management. Member status of different waste sorting networks. There are different types of waste management. And age difference There was a statistically significant difference at .05 level. 
3. Suggestions for enhancing attitudes towards solid waste management. Corporate Governance of the Northeastern Municipality. Sort by frequency to descending order. It should be responsible and accountable for the operation of the municipality. Second, the board should treat the members fairly.
