Abstract

The research instrument was a five-level scale questionnaire. The descriptive statistics were frequency, percentage, average and standard deviation the reference statistic is t-test.
The results of the research were as follows:

2. The comparison of the problems in congress election provincial administrative organization of Khonkaen chairman and director and education there was a statistically significant difference at 0.05 level (p ≤ 0.05). 
3.
