Abstract

The purposes of this research were to find 1) The Future Leadership for Private University president by Q methodology 2) And for assess the suitability of Future Leadership Model for Private University President by linear assessment survey.
The research findings revealed as follow:
1. Future Leadership Model for Private University President composes 3 an elements. 1) Higher Education Management. 2) Good governance, Virtue and Morality. 3) Vision.
2. Future Leadership Model for Private University President were at highest level in element 1 and 2, and at the high level in element 3.
