Abstract

 The study aims to examine the quality of service. Service problems and suggestions to improve the service. Of the Cadastral surveyors of KhonKaen Provincial Land office Namphong Branch. The sample consisted of 217 patients accidental sampling. The study aims to examine the quality of service. Service problems and suggestions to improve the service. Of the Cadastral surveyors of KhonKaen Provincial Land office Namphong Branch. The sample consisted of 217 patients accidental sampling.
The results showed that: most patients were female. The last 36-45 years. Who employed farer/General. Secondary education. The feedback on the quality of service both in the top 5 overall and specifically at the high level. The accuracy of transparency the equality and the speed. Patients experiencing problems jobs has sequenced the Surveying very high. The suggestion to increase the number of officers have cue cards with modern equipment. Those studies have suggested an increase in the number of officers to have a full queue of the procedure so that patients receive faster service.
