Abstract

The research article following objectives: 1) to study the role and activities of the Retreat Center related to physical and mental health of the elderly in the Northeast. The research article following objectives: 1) to study the role and activities of the Retreat Center related to physical and mental health of the elderly in the Northeast. 2) to study the management process of rehabilitation health center of the elderly in the Northeast. 3) to study the promotion outcomes of the elderly health under Buddhism in the Northeast.
The research operation was conducted by using applied research for studying the learning management of the elderly under Buddhism. The authors used the qualitative research method and classified the samples into two groups. 1) Abbot, Sangha group, High level Phra Sanghatikarn, Temples’ representatives and Related agencies involving health promotional activities of the elderly. 2) Male and female elderly participated in the learning and promotion management project under Buddhism. The case study areas in the Northeast were divided into three categories of temple groups.
