The Program Creates a Buddhist Leadership for the Personnel Dharmma Schools General Education Group 10

Abstract

This research aims were: 1) to study elements and indications of a Buddhist leadership of the personnel of Phrapariyatpi Dharmma of Buddhist scripture common education group 10; 2) to study the current condition, the desirable condition and needs of a Buddhist leadership of the genera education group 10; 3) to present the program creates a Buddhist Leadership of the education group 10. The research process was divided into 3 phases. The sample groups that used to collect quantitative data were number of monks 242 person, which were derived from the sample size of a group by comparing the population to the finished table of Krejcie & Morgan and stratified random sampling. The research instruments consist of the rating scale questionnaire and qualified committee interview. The statistic for analysis the data included the basic statistics and Modified Priority Needs Index (PNI_modified)
The research finding found that:
1. The results of the study elements and indications of a Buddhist leadership of the personnel of Phrapariyatpi Dharmma of Buddhist scripture common education group 10. Comprises: 5 elements, 11. The results of verification of the elements and the indications were all the elements and the indications were high level.
2. The current condition, the desirable condition and needs of a Buddhist leadership of the genera education group 10 found that the current conditions were moderate level and consideration on each side has found that all sides were moderate level. The desirable condition and needs were high level and consideration on each side found that all sides were high level.
3. The Program creates a Buddhist Leadership of the genera education group 10 has found that there are 6 ways to develop in clued work shop, training, coaching, seminar, continuing education and brain storming. The result of assessment the suitability and possibility of the program found that the suitability in overall was most levels and the possibility in overall was high level.
