Administrative Strategy Based on Sufficiency Economy Philosophy Towards of School in the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 19

Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the concept of school administration according to the philosophy of sufficiency economy in schools under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 19; 2) to study the current conditions and desirable conditions of the administration of educational institutions according to Philosophy of sufficiency economy in schools under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 19; 3) to create a strategy for managing the educational philosophy of Sufficiency Economy Office of Secondary Education affiliated school district 19. The sample group consisted of 80 administrators, 270 teachers, 350 students, 7 key informants, 2 experts, 4 school administrators, 1 instructor. The research tools were questionnaires, interviews and group discussion. Statistics used to analyze quantitative data such as percentage, mean and standard deviation. The research found that:
1. The result of the study of the concept of school administration under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 19 requires two principles of sufficiency economy philosophy, namely, modesty, reasonableness and immunity, covering the workload of the school in 4 areas: Academic administration Budget management Personnel management General administration by strategic management.
2. The results of the study of the current status of school administration in accordance with the sufficiency economy philosophy in schools under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 19, in overall, were at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the highest performing areas were administration and the desirable condition of school administration according to the sufficiency economy philosophy to overall effectiveness at a high level when considering each aspect, it was found that the most practical aspects were academic administration.
3. The administrative strategy Based on sufficiency economy philosophy at schools in the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 19 was composed of 4: strategies 1) the strategy of academic administration with 6 measures and 15 indicators, 2) the strategy of budget management with 6 measures and 15 indicators, 3) the strategy of personnel administration with 6 measures and 15 indicators, and 4) the strategy of general administration with 6 measures and 15 indicators.
