Administration According to the Four Iddhipada in the Basic Educational Institutes under the Office of Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area 2

Abstract
The aims of this research were: 1) to study the conditions of the administration based on IV Iddhipada-dhamma (Pāli: iddhipāda, path of accomplishment) in the basic educational institutes; 2) to compare the opinions of the samples towards the administration based on IV Iddhipada-dhamma in the basic educational institutes; 3) to study the ways to develop the administration based on IV Iddhipada-dhamma in the basic education institutes. In this mixed method research, the samples of its quantitative study included 304 of educational administrators and teachers, selected by means of Stratified Random Sampling and Lottery. The tool used in this stage was the questionnaire with its reliability value of .86 and the statistics used in the data analysis were: Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test and f-test. The target samples used in the qualitative study included 10 educational administrators and 10 teachers, selected by Purposive Sampling and the interview was used to collect the data in this process before the obtained data were interpreted by the descriptive analysis.
The research results were as follows:
1. The mean score of the conditions of the administration based on IV Iddhipada-dhamma in the basic educational institutes in overall was at a high level. In the study of all aspects, the highest score can be seen in that of ‘Educational institute administration based on Citta (thoughtfulness)’, followed by ‘Educational institute administration based on Vīmaṁsā (investigation)’, ‘Educational institute administration based on Viriya (energy)’ and ‘Educational institute administration based on Chanda (aspiration)’ respectively.
2. The statistic scores in overall and studied aspects of the comparison of the opinions of the samples towards the administration based on IV Iddhipada-dhamma in the basic educational institutes, classified by the samples’ personal factors: position, education and working experiences were different with the statistical significance level of .01. This accepted the set hypothesis.
3. The ways to develop the administration based on IV Iddhipada-dhamma in the basic educational institutes are as follows: 1) in educational institute administration based on Chanda, the meeting of work encouragement to the personnel should be organized; 2) in educational institute administration based on Viriya, the budget raising should be diligently managed and is adequate for the administrative burden; 3) in educational institute administration based on Citta, the policy and plan determination in learning management for the student development should be carefully taken in account; 4) in educational institute administration based on Vīmaṁsā, the policy and plan determination in workload administration should be analyzed to be most effective.
