Abstract

The purposes of the study were: 1) to study the practicing professional experience in educational administration and school administration based on teachers council regulations with professional standards, 2013; 2) to study the satisfaction and performance of the practicing professional experience training program in educational administration and school administration in academic year 2018. The population consists of 26 Master's degree students, year 2 in Buddhist educational administration program. The research tools used was the questionnaires which classified as 5-level rating scale of Likert, the reliability was .96. The statistics used to analyze data were Percentage, Average, and Standard Deviation and to analyze qualitative data were feedback codification and descriptive analysis.
The research results were as follows:
1. The practicing professional experience in educational administration and school administration were found that in general and in all aspects, the average score at the highest level. When separated on each aspects were as follows.
          1.1 The standard of knowledge and professional experience aspects was the average score at the highest level. In each item, it was found that: the highest average was policy management and educational strategies, at the highest level; the second was the academic administration, at the highest level; and personnel management, at the highest level respectively. The lowest average was management of learners' learning, at the highest level.
          1.2 Performance Standards aspects was the average score at the highest level. In each item, it was found that: the highest average was can apply the knowledge to practice, at the highest level; the second was solve problems using principles and good for others, at the highest level; and planning and executing them successfully, at the highest level respectively. The lowest average was academic leadership skills, at the highest level.
          1.3 The standard behavior aspects was the average score at the highest level. In each item, it was found that: the highest average was good posture and have a good manners with words, at the highest level; the second was clean dress properly, at the highest level; and good relationships, listen and work with others, at the highest level respectively. The lowest average was leadership, create moral and participate with others, at the highest level.
2. Satisfaction and performance of the practicing professional experience training program were found that in general, the average score at the highest level. When separated in each item, it was found that: the highest average was overall satisfaction on professional experience, at the highest level; the second was project implementation appropriated, at the highest level; and project documentation was appropriated, at the highest level respectively. The lowest average was the application of knowledge has been applied, at the highest level.
