บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาทักษะพื้นฐานทางด้านคณิตศาสตร์ของเด็กปฐมวัย ที่ได้รับการจัดประสบการณ์การประกอบอาหาร สำหรับเด็กอนุบาลชั้นปีที่ 2 และ 2) เปรียบเทียบทักษะพื้นฐานทางด้านคณิตศาสตร์ของเด็กปฐมวัย ก่อนและหลังการจัดประสบการณ์การประกอบอาหาร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นเด็กปฐมวัยอายุระหว่าง 5-6 ปี กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในระดับชั้นอนุบาลปีที่ 2 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2560 โรงเรียนภูห่านศึกษา ตำบลภูห่าน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาขอนแก่น เขต 5 จำนวน 20 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) ผู้วิจัยเป็นผู้ดำเนินการทดลองด้วยตนเองใช้เวลาในการทดลอง 8 สัปดาห์ๆ ละ 3 วันๆ ละ 50 นาที รวมทั้งสิ้น 24 ครั้ง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แผนการจัดประสบการณ์การประกอบอาหารและแบบทดสอบเชิงปฏิบัติทักษะพื้นฐานทางคณิตศาสตร์ของเด็กปฐมวัย มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่างพฤติกรรมกับจุดประสงค์ (IOC) อยู่ระหว่าง 0.71-1.00 และมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.73 การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้แผนการวิจัยแบบ One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ t-test for Dependent Sample
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า หลังการจัดประสบการณ์การประกอบอาหารระดับทักษะพื้นฐานทางคณิตศาสตร์ของเด็กปฐมวัยในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดี ( = 24.30) และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านการสังเกตเปรียบเทียบ (
= 6.00) ด้านการจัดหมวดหมู่ (
= 5.95) ด้านการเรียงลำดับ (
= 6.20) และด้านการรู้ค่าจำนวน (
= 6.15) อยู่ในระดับดี และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับทักษะพื้นฐานทางคณิตศาสตร์ของเด็กปฐมวัยในภาพรวมและรายด้าน มีค่าสูงกว่าก่อนการจัดประสบการณ์การประกอบอาหารอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
