A Study of the Community Production Innovation through the Local Wisdom: A Case Study of Seu Ban Tha Chaleab Community Enterprise in Chanthaburi Province

Abstract
This research aims to: 1) Study the community product development process based on the local wisdom of the Ban Tha Chalab Mat group. Com-munity enterprises Chanthaburi, 2) Create the innovative products of the Buddhist community based on the local wisdom of the Ban Tha Chalab Mat group Community enterprises Chanthaburi, 3) Analyze the identity of com-munity products to create added value for Ban Tha Chalab Mat products. Community enterprises Chanthaburi, with the participation of researchers in the product development process. This research Researchers analyzed qualit-ative data from in-depth interviews with 31 key interviewees and 10 group discussions using LIST Model statistics.
The research results were found that:
1. Participation of members, in the process of developing community products based on local wisdom Ban Tha Chalab Mat Group Community en-terprises Chanthaburi province found that members were involved in the product development process, the duties are divided according to the aptitude of each person and applied the Buddhist method of administration in the appropriate management of the group. Group trademarks are developed and copyright the name Mat Chan or Chanhtaboon Mat.
2. To create innovative products for Buddhist communities from local wisdom, it was found that they were found in cooperation with network part-ners. (Jewelry entrepreneurs) to create a new product.
3. Community product identity and value-added creation of community enterprises Ban Tha Chalab Mat Group Chanthaburi province found that, 1) Ban Tha Chalab reeds are tough, soft, glossy, durable and environmentally friendly products, 2) Choeng Kadai is a patented mat pattern, 3) Adopt 7 principles of life and pinpurisatham to manage daily life properly make the community earn income from employment and create sustainable income distribution in the community.
