Intimate relationship in LGBT Literature

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to criticize the intimate relationship in LGT literature. The qualitative research was used for collecting data which shown the data through the descriptive analysis.
The results shown that: there were 5 characteristics of the intimate relationship in GBT literature as follow; 1. Sexual orientation: There was a romantic attraction, sexual attraction, or sexual behavior toward both males and females which meant that firstly, he would have a relationship with females but he finally found himself that he like males. 2. Sexual desire: Each character have their own sexual desire differently which meant that some of them obsessed with sex. 3. Sexual behavior: There were various ways of gay sexual practice, for example, oral sex, fingering, sexual offences, and sexual defenses. 4. There were some types of discourses that can cause having relationship; challenging discourse, romantic discourse, and intimidate discourse. 5. Sexual attitudes: There were 2 types of sexual attitudes; conservative and extramarital sexuality or there was a relationship between men and men which meant the gender could not define sexual behaviors. Men love men was from the connection between being a female and being a male, which lead to have various sexual behavior.
