The Development of Participatory Supervision in Small-Sized Schools under the KhonKaen Office of Primary Educational Service Area 1

Abstract
The research objective was to develop the guidelines of participatory supervision in small-sized schools under Khonkaen office of primary Educational service Area 1. In this study was research and development, there were 4 phases : phase 1) Forming the guidelines of participatory supervision phase 2.developing the guidelines phase 3) Checking and applying and phase 4) Reflecting and conclusing the guidelines. The samples of the study were the teachers working in small-sized schools under Khonkaen Office of Primary Educational service Area 1. The research tools were, the survey forms of present problems and needs for supervision. The target group for practicing the guidelines were the teacher working in Loa-Nagnarm School in Khonkaen Office of Primary Educational Service Area 1. The research tools were attitude tests and desirable forms of participatory supervision. The research statics were arithmetic mean, percentage , and the standard deviation
The findings of the research were as follows: The participatory supervision guidelines composed of 3 pasts, principle of participation, process of supervision and effectiveness of supervision. Part 1) The principle of participation composed of 4 parts, principle of empowerment, principle of personal development, principle of participation and job development effectiveness. Part 2) The process of supervision composed of 5 parts, planning, instructing how to do, acting, enhancing the personal morale and job evaluating. Part 3) The effectiveness of supervision guide lines; the results were successful in both sides, the knowledge and attitude of the teachers
