ผลของโปรแกรมการสนับสนุนการคลอดอย่างต่อเนื่องต่อความเจ็บปวด และผลลัพธ์ของการคลอดของผู้คลอดครรภ์แรก โรงพยาบาลลำพูน

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบกึ่งทดลอง (quasi-experimental research) ศึกษาแบบสองกลุ่มวัดผลก่อนและหลังการทดลอง (two-groups, pretest-posttest design) เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการสนับสนุนการคลอดอย่างต่อเนื่องต่อความเจ็บปวดและผลลัพธ์ของการคลอดของผู้คลอดครรภ์แรก ที่แผนกฝากครรภ์และห้องคลอดโรงพยาบาลกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ได้รับการดูแลตามโปรแกรมการสนับสนุนการคลอดอย่างต่อเนื่องในเดือนมิถุนายน ถึง เดือนกันยายน พ.ศ. 2566 จำนวน 25 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือแบบบันทึกข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบบันทึกข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการตั้งครรภ์ และผลลัพธ์ของการคลอด แบบบันทึกระดับความเจ็บปวดโดยใช้มาตรวัดความเจ็บปวดชนิดที่เป็นตัวเลข วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติทดสอบค่าทีชนิด 2 กลุ่มอิสระต่อกัน
ผลการศึกษาพบว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการสนับสนุนการคลอดอย่างต่อเนื่องมีค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความเจ็บปวดในระยะปากมดลูกเปิดเร็ว และในระยะเปลี่ยนผ่าน ต่ำกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการดูแลแบบปกติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .001 และ .05 ตามลำดับ การใช้ยาบรรเทาปวดต่ำกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการดูแลแบบปกติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และมีสัดส่วนการใช้ยาเร่งคลอดน้อยกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการดูแลแบบปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
