Abstract

     This study was case study aimed to study nursing, anesthesia, abdominal ectopic surgery with shock. This study was comparisons of two cases of patients Rupture ectopic pregnancy. Of two cases were admitted at Emergency Department of Kuchinarai Crown prince hospital during April 2022 to August 2023. The data collections were from medical records, interview there relative and patient observation. The data analysis were compared functional health pattern, clinical, sign and symptom, hypovolemic shock from severe blood loss problem and nursing diagnosis, nursing care of patients with critical period, continuing care and discharge planning. Results: comparisons of two cases of patients with Rupture ectopic pregnancy with shock.

     Case study 1: Thai woman 35 years old Never had a child. Go to Emergency Department of Kuchinarai Crown prince hospital With a 2 hour abdominal pain Together with nausea vomiting 3 times. From the results of Ultrasound found water or fluid in the abdomen Pregnancy found from urine tests, blood pressure 77/47 mmHg pulse 100 rate/mine respiration 20 rate/mine flatulence.27.6 percent red blood cell concentration, initial diagnosis Rupture ectopic. Immediately the gynecologist requests urgent surgery. By providing general anesthesia The surgery found that the right fallopian tube had surgery to cut the fallopian tubes right side, losing blood 2,000 millimeters. Give blood replacement Pre operation 3 unit and Intra operation 2 unit The patient has improved.
