Abstract

     This study was development of pharmaceutical inventory management system Tha Khan Tho Hospital Kalasin Province. Tha Khan Tho Hospital Kalasin Province It is an action research (Action Research) with a study period. Between October 2021 - September 2023, total 24 months. Sample size includes number of medicines and medical supplies Tha Khan Tho Hospital Kalasin Province between October 2021 - September 2023, a total of 24 months, collecting data from the database. Data analyzed by Content analysis, frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Dependent t – test.

     The results of the study found that the performance results from the sub-stock inventory count after implementation in the fiscal year 2023 had a sub-stock inventory count 3 times a month, with the items counted having an average of 374.72 items. Does not match the number counted The average is 0.80 items. Percentage error. The average value was 0.22. As for the results of the operation of counting pharmaceutical supplies once a month, the items counted had an average value of 133 items. Items that do not match the counted number There is an average of 0.42 items, percentage error. There is an average value of 0.33 and comparing the number of items that do not match the counted number and the percentage of discrepancies in fiscal years 2022 and 2023, it is found that sub-stock in fiscal years 2022 and 2023 are found to have a statistically significant difference.
