คุณภาพชีวิตในมิติสุขภาพช่องปากและความพึงพอใจของผู้ที่ใส่ฟันเทียมทั้งปากถอดได้ ด้วยวิธีการพิมพ์แบบดั้งเดิม และวิธีการพิมพ์แบบง่าย

การศึกษาเชิงพรรณนาแบบภาคตัดขวางนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตในมิติสุขภาพช่องปาก และระดับความพึงพอใจต่อการใส่ฟันเทียมทั้งปาก และศึกษาเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพชีวิตในมิติสุขภาพช่องปากและความพึงพอใจต่อการใส่ฟันเทียมทั้งปากระหว่างกลุ่มใส่ฟันเทียมทั้งปากถอดได้ด้วยวิธีการพิมพ์แบบดั้งเดิมและวิธีการพิมพ์แบบง่าย ของกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ที่ใส่ฟันเทียมทั้งปากถอดได้ ที่ใช้วิธีการพิมพ์แบบดั้งเดิม และวิธีการพิมพ์แบบง่าย ที่โรงพยาบาลสิรินธร จังหวัดขอนแก่น จำนวน 32 คน แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มละ 16 คน สุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่ายโดยวิธีจับสลาก และมีคุณสมบัติตามเกณฑ์ในการคัดเข้าและยินดีเข้าร่วมการวิจัย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ Mann-Whitney U test และ Wilcoxon signed rank test
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีอายุเฉลี่ย 66.4 ± 7.9 ปี เป็นเพศชายร้อยละ 53.1 และเพศหญิงร้อยละ 46.9 มีคุณภาพชีวิตในมิติสุขภาพช่องปากอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ร้อยละ 59.4 และมีความพึงพอใจอย่างมากต่อการใส่ฟันเทียมทั้งปากอยู่ที่ 94.5 ± 4.1 โดยไม่พบความแตกต่างของคุณภาพชีวิตในมิติสุขภาพช่องปาก และความพึงพอใจต่อการใส่ฟันเทียมทั้งปาก ระหว่างกลุ่มผู้ที่ใส่ฟันเทียมทั้งปากถอดได้ด้วยวิธีการพิมพ์แบบดั้งเดิม และวิธีการพิมพ์แบบง่าย (p>.05)
