ผลกระทบของการเปลี่ยนแปลงรูปแบบบริการต่อผู้ป่วยเบาหวานในสถานการณ์การระบาดของโคโรนาไวรัส (COVID-19) ในพื้นที่อำเภอหนองมะโมง จังหวัดชัยนาท

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ ผลกระทบ ปัญหา และอุปสรรคของการบริการต่อผู้ป่วยเบาหวาน เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบ และประเมินผลรูปแบบบริการการจัดส่งยากลับบ้านของผู้ป่วยเบาหวานในสถานการณ์การระบาดของโคโรนาไวรัส(COVID-19)ในพื้นที่อำเภอหนองมะโมง จังหวัดชัยนาท กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นคณะทำงานในโรงพยาบาลหนองมะโมง จำนวน 15 คน และกลุ่มผู้ป่วยเบาหวาน ที่ได้รับบริการการจัดส่งยากลับบ้าน จำนวน 286 คน ด้วยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือแนวทางการสนทนากลุ่มสำหรับคณะทำงานโรงพยาบาลหนองมะโมงและแบบบันทึกติดตาม การวัดค่าน้ำตาลสะสม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและสรุปสะสมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาด้วยการวิเคราะห์ค่าความถี่และค่าร้อยละ รวมถึงสถิติเชิงอนุมานด้วยการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวแบบวัดซ้ำ
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การพัฒนารูปแบบบริการส่งยากลับบ้านแก่ผู้ป่วย ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) การกำหนดกลไกและบทบาทหน้าที่ของคณะทำงาน 2) การกำหนดเป้าหมายการดูแลผู้ป่วยเบาหวาน และ 3) การกำหนดวิธีปฏิบัติงานในการส่งยากลับบ้าน ผลการนำรูปแบบไปใช้ พบว่า ส่งผลกระทบเชิงบวกทางคลินิกมีค่าเฉลี่ยระดับน้ำตาลสะสมของผู้ป่วยเบาหวานที่วัดซ้ำ ในปีพ.ศ. 2563 - 2565 แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยค่าเฉลี่ยระดับน้ำตาลสะสมในปีพ.ศ. 2565 มีค่าต่ำสุด
