The sample group was a working group of 15 people in Nong Ma Mong Hospital and a group of diabetic patients. There were 286 people who received home medicine delivery services through specific selection.Research tools It is a group discussion for the Nong Ma Mong Hospital working group and a follow-up recording form. Accumulated sugar measurement (HbA1C). Qualitative data were analyzed using content analysis and cumulative summaries, and quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics using frequency and percentage analysis. Including inferential statistics using one-way repeated-measures analysis of variance.
The results of the research found that the development of a service model for home delivering medicine to patients consists of 3 components: 1) determining the mechanism and roles and responsibilities of the working group, 2) setting goals for diabetes patient care, and 3) determining work procedures. The results of using the model were found to have a positive clinical impact, with the mean cumulative sugar levels of diabetic patients measured repeatedly in 2020 - 2022 being significantly different at the .01 level. The average cumulative sugar level in the year 2022 has the lowest value.
