การเปรียบเทียบกรณีศึกษา: การพยาบาลผู้ป่วยเอชไอวีที่ติดเชื้อฝีดาษลิง

การศึกษาครั้งนี้เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยเอชไอวีที่ติดเชื้อฝีดาษลิงกรณี 2 ราย ศึกษาข้อมูลจากประวัติผู้ป่วยนำมาเปรียบเทียบตามแบบแผนสุขภาพของกอร์ดอน ระยะเวลาตั้งแต่ วันที่ 1 ถึง 15 เมษายน 2567
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า รายที่ 1 ชายไทย อายุ 29 ปี ป่วยเอชไอวี 5 เดือน มาโรงพยาบาลด้วยมีไข้ ปวดบวมมีตุ่มหนองที่อวัยวะเพศ มา 4 วัน รายที่ 2 ชายไทย อายุ 27 ปี ป่วยเอชไอวี 8 ปี มาโรงพยาบาลด้วยไข้ ปวด ตุ่มหนองที่แขน ใบหน้า มา 11 วัน ประเด็นปัญหาที่สำคัญของทั้ง 2 รายที่เหมือนกันได้แก่ มีผื่นติดเชื้อที่ผิวหนัง ปวดบริเวณตุ่มหนอง ขาดความรู้ในการดูแลตนเอง วิตกกังวลเกี่ยวกับโรค ประเด็นปัญหาที่ต่างกันได้แก่ กลัวสูญเสียภาพลักษณ์ และมีโอกาสดื้อยาต้านไวรัส รายที่ 1 นอนโรงพยาบาล 6 วัน รายที่ 2 นอนโรงพยาบาล 15 วัน
