ผลของโปรแกรมส่งเสริมการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ต่อการรับรู้ ทัศนคติ และความตั้งใจ เชิงพฤติกรรมในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ของมารดาหลังคลอดครรภ์แรก

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบสองกลุ่มวัดผลก่อนหลังนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบคะแนนเฉลี่ยการรับรู้ ทัศนคติ และความตั้งใจเชิงพฤติกรรมในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ของมารดาหลังคลอดครรภ์แรกก่อนและหลังได้รับโปรแกรมส่งเสริมการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ และภายหลังการทดลองระหว่างกลุ่มทดลองที่ได้รับโปรแกรมส่งเสริมการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่กับกลุ่มควบคุมที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นมารดาหลังคลอดครรภ์แรกที่มารับบริการ ณ โรงพยาบาลแห่งหนึ่ง จำนวน 60 คน แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มละ 30 คน คัดเลือกแบบตามสะดวก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย โปรแกรมส่งเสริมการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ แบบสอบถามการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ แบบสอบถามทัศนคติในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ และแบบสอบถามความตั้งใจเชิงพฤติกรรมในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา สถิติ Paired sample t-test และสถิติ Independent sample t-test
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ภายหลังได้รับโปรแกรมมารดากลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ ทัศนคติในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ และความตั้งใจเชิงพฤติกรรมในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่สูงกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบระหว่างกลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยการรับรู้ ทัศนคติ และความตั้งใจเชิงพฤติกรรมในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่สูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
