ผลของโปรแกรมการให้ความรู้ต่อความรู้ ทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมการดูแลเด็กโรคลมชักของผู้ดูแล โรงพยาบาลอุดรธานี

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบคะแนนเฉลี่ยด้านความรู้ ทัศนคติ และพฤติกรรมการดูแลเด็กโรคลมชักของผู้ดูแลก่อนและหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการให้ความรู้และเพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ดูแลต่อโปรแกรมดังกล่าว เป็นการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบกลุ่มเดียววัดก่อนและหลังการทดลอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ดูแลเด็กวัยเรียนอายุ 6–12 ปี จำนวน 45 ราย ซึ่งเด็กได้รับการวินิจฉัยว่าเป็นโรคลมชักมาแล้วอย่างน้อย 6 เดือน และมารับบริการที่คลินิกโรคระบบประสาทเด็ก แผนกผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลอุดรธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้รับการคัดเลือกตามเกณฑ์คุณสมบัติที่กำหนดและสมัครใจเข้าร่วมการวิจัย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนพฤษภาคมถึงเดือนสิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2569 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับโรคลมชัก แบบประเมินความรู้ แบบประเมินทัศนคติ แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมการดูแล และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ดูแล โปรแกรมการให้ความรู้ประกอบด้วยกิจกรรมจำนวน 4 ครั้ง ดำเนินการเป็นระยะเวลา 12 สัปดาห์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา การทดสอบทีสำหรับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่สัมพันธ์กัน (paired-samples t-test) และการทดสอบ Wilcoxon signed-rank test
ผลการวิจัย: ภายหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการให้ความรู้ ผู้ดูแลมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยความรู้เพิ่มขึ้น อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ จาก 14.29 คะแนน (SD = 2.47) เป็น 18.27 คะแนน (SD = 1.30) (p < 0.001) และมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมการดูแลเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ จาก 45.51 คะแนน (SD = 2.63) เป็น 58.02 คะแนน (SD = 1.53) (p < .001) ในขณะที่คะแนนเฉลี่ยทัศนคติ ลดลงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ จาก 63.04 คะแนน (SD = 7.78) เป็น 49.31 คะแนน (SD = 4.23) หรือลดลง 13.73 คะแนน (p < 0.001) ทั้งนี้ คะแนนทัศนคติที่ลดลงสะท้อนถึงการเปลี่ยนแปลงของทัศนคติไปในทิศทางที่เหมาะสมมากขึ้นต่อการดูแลเด็กโรคลมชัก นอกจากนี้ ผู้ดูแลมีความพึงพอใจต่อโปรแกรมการให้ความรู้โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยมีคะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.90 คะแนน (SD = 0.33)
