Abstract

This study is Cross Sectional analytical studyin term of Descriptive statistics objecting to study about factors related to self-care behavior of pregnancy woman who are clients of Department of Family Clinical Practice and Community at Namon Hospital, Namon District, Kalasin Province during march till November 2015.The representative samples are 124 clients who were randomly selected and data was collected withquestionnaire survey that content was approved by 3 experts. The questionnaire data was analyzed with descriptive statistics such as percentage, mean, standard deviation and utilize inferential statistics to analyze the relation by Pearson Coefficient of Correlation.

          As a result of studyingthe representative samples, this studyfound thatmost of pregnancy women in group of age between 18-34 years old (90.3%) are in line for standard operating procedure of Pregnancy women. There are number of 84 person (67.7%) educated in High school level. In occupational term, there are 32 housewives (25.8%) and 30 general employees (24.2%). Characteristics of population that related to healthcare behavior of pregnancy women are education which has positive relation with statistical significance. Meanwhile Age, household monthly income, and firstantenatal care have positive relation with non-statistical significance. Moreover, it’s found that pregnant order and current gestational age have negative relation with non-statistical significance. Knowledge concerning to pregnant and antenatal care are positively related to self-care behavior of pregnancy women with statistical significance. Attitude concerning to pregnant and antenatal care are negatively related to self-care behavior of pregnancy women with non-statistical significance. Aiding factors are positively related to self-care behavior of pregnancy with statistical significance. Supportive factors are positively related to self-care behavior of pregnancy woman with statistical significance. Therefore, training for knowledge and attitude modification about pregnant, antenatal care, and healthcareshould be appropriately provided for further care of pregnancy women.
