This study aimed to providing patients with comprehensive holistic care A study in 3 cataract surgery cases in the eye, ear, nose and throat wards of the Kalasin Hospital. Data collection from physical examination history Laboratory examination Medical treatment, medical records, observation of symptoms, inquiry, interaction with patients and relatives. The results of the study showed that the problems of the same patients were 1) anxiety about surgery. 2) Risk of surgery readiness 3) risk of accidental falls, falling, walking, colliding with objects due to blurred vision 4) eye pain due to surgical wounds 5) risk of sepsis 6) risk of Hyperglycemia, Hypoglycemia 7) Patients and carers lack the skills to take care of themselves when returning home. For different problems and needs in Case 1 and Case 2 are 1) the risk of moving intraocular lens 2) Unable to take care of oneself when returning home In case 3, the problem is different from Case 1 and Case 2 is 1) have high intraocular pressure. 2) Risk of macular degeneration From this study, it was found that after nursing cataract surgery patients while in hospital By providing nursing according to the nursing process And apply the theory of holistic nursing covering.
