Abstract

This research was action research aimed to studied fiscal status and financial management of Khao Wong Hospital Kalasin Province. By studied from financial system of Khao Wong Hospital Kalasin Province between 2018 - 2019. Data were collected by Financial Report. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics such as frequency, rate, ratio, average and content analysis.

             The result of the research shows that After the management of the financial and financial system of Khao Wong Hospital Kalasin province found that Financial conditions , Asset liquidity , Financial scorecard summary , Outpatient services per visit (OP) , Patient care costs in Adjust Rw , Medical costs (AdJust Rw) , Potential in providing CMI medical services , Efficiency of resource use (Efficiency Ratio) And the efficiency of debt repayment is better than in 2018
