Development and management of registration systems health establishment Kalasin Province

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) Explore health establishments and masseuses. 2) Establish guidelines for the development and management of the registration system for health establishments. 3) Conduct health establishment registration and evaluation. Determine the sample size from the Krejcie and Morgan tables get 66 massage shop operator for health , 2 massage spas, 4 beauty massage salons and 579 chiropractors from using the criteria of 30% randomly sampled by lottery. The study period was spent from October 2018 to September 2020.The statistics used were number, percentage and mean distribution.

             Research Results 1) January - February 2019 survey of health establishments And masseuses working in health establishments 60 knocking on doors found 24 registered health massage shops, 1 beauty massage parlor, 1 massage spa shop, 296 registered masseuses 2) March - April 2019 presented survey results to stakeholders to raise awareness, applied McClelland's theory of motivation to develop and administer the system, Established the Health Establishment Network Club in Kalasin Province to drive development activities consists of public relations and solicitation, a knowledge exchange platform, and exhibits one prototype. 3) May 2019 - August 2020: 69 health massage parlors entrepreneurs members of the network club Registered, 2 massage shops, 4 beauty massage shops, 4 massage beauty shops, 819 masseuses trained in a certified course and registered from July - September 2020. Organized 2 networking club meetings to review and revise management guidelines. Operate and monitor health care establishments for health and publish for use by the public. Research Summary: Development and Management of Enterprise Registration System that are designed by the club network can make operators voluntary to register more establishments in the system.
