Descriptive statistics the variable relationship with death in patients with COVID-19 Using Multivariable logistic regression. Present correlation size with Adjusted Odd's ratio and confidence interval, 95% Confidence interval.
Result : Factor of COVID-19 mortality showed a significantly, Age-related increasing every 10 year (ORadj = 2.2, 95%CI 1.4–3.4, p<0.001), height risk contact with COVID-19 of patients (ORadj =5.5, 95%CI 2.6–11.5, p<0.001), Underlying disease with Diabetes mellitus (ORadj =4.4, 95%CI 1.7– 11.5, p<0.001), X-ray first examination of the lungs detect lesions (ORadj =10.0, 95%CI: 2.7– 36.6, p<0.001) C reactive protein (ORadj = 3.7, 95%CI: 1.8 – 7.6, p< 0.001)
Conclusion: Elderly, height risk contact, Diabetes mellitus patients, X-ray first examination of the lungs detect lesions And height of C reactive protein of Affecting fatality with COVID-19 patients in Kalasin Hospital
