This This study was a Retrospective Cohort Study, quasi experimental design. Research was conducted to study effective of Health Behavior Modification Program in Virtual Clinic. The study sample consisted of 20 of Data recorded in the medical record database and patient reports of DPAC clinic, fiscal year 2020 – 2022 and selected into 2 groups. The data were collected using (1) Comparative data collection on the effectiveness of a health behavior change program that Index of Item Objective Congruence IOC 0.98 . (2) Assessment of health literacy and health behaviors Cronbach’s alpha coefficiency at 0.91 . and (3) Health Behavioral Skills Test Form Cronbach’s alpha coefficiency at 0.75 (4) a questionnaire to assess satisfaction with the model and possibility of use that IOC.at 1.00. (5) Health Behavior Modification Program in Virtual Clinic,CVI.at 0.97 and E1 : E2= 82.50:85.50. Statistics employed in the research were frequency, percentage, mean, standard division Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test and Mann-Whitney U test .
The result reveals that, both of control and experimental group had efficient by the post-learning achievement of the samples were significantly higher than their pre-learning achievement at the 0.05 level. The both group had reduced blood sugar and blood pressure efficient by the post- activity lower than their pre- activity achievement at the 0.05 level.After the experiment, the mean score of knowledge of experimental group was significantly higher than control group at the 0.05 level.
