This Cross sectional study research aimed to study Depression, Anxiety and Stress and factor affecting the risk of Depression, Anxiety and Stress in Primary Caregivers of Schizophrenia Patients in Nakornpathom Province. The sample were 150 elderlies. The conducted during 10 September 2022 – 31 December 2022. The tool of this study was the were DASS-21 screening questionnaire. The result following: This research aimed to study Depression, Anxiety and Stress in Primary Caregivers of Schizophrenia Patients in Nakornpathom Province were found most of the samples were female(67.3%), average of age are 51 years. From screening with DASS-21, we found 90 persons with depression risk(60%). From screening with DASS-21, we found 92 persons with anxiety risk(61.3). From screening with DASS-21, we found 55 persons with stress risk(36.7). Significant factors affecting the depression risk were age of caregiver, relation with patients, education, right of treatment, income, congenital disease, patient care time per day, patient’s history of violence, patients using drugs, patients current symptoms, feeling of the other towards the patients, patient’s history of admit, expenses for traveling for services, travel time, length of service and society/community provides assistance and support in caring for patients. Significant factors affecting the anxiety risk and stress were analogous to significant factors affecting the depression risk.
