Efficiency in the Management of Health Security Fund within Local or Area Level under the Coronavirus 2019 Pandemic in the Context of New Normal adaptation in Khon Kaen’sLocal Administrative Organization Area

This research is a cross-sectional analytical study that aims to study the factors related to the efficiency of health security fund management under the Coronavirus 2019 pandemic in the New normal
adaptation. There are samples of 120 people in Khon Kaen local administrative organization area, which
is a simple random sampling from an approximate ratio. The tools used are the questionnaire, and the
data analysis which is statistics, percentage, median, the Spearman's rank correlation coefficient.
The result of the study found that male and female samples have a similar percentage which is 45.8% and 54.2% respectively. The samples aged around 45-53 year old is counted as 56.7%. Marriage is counted as 56.7%. Most of the samples are graduates with a higher degree than Bachelor's degree 56.7%. The sample’s duration of working in the agency for more than 5 years is 60%. The samples who have working experiences in the field of work operation and the management of health security fund for more than 5 years, is counted as 56.7%. The sample who have experience in training about the management of Local insurance funds for the past year is counted as 75.8%. The analysis of the relation found that the cognition of the objective, rules of the fund’s policy, the cognition of the benefits of the
Health Security Fund within the local or area level and the roles of the council, the cognition of the organization’s structure, the management, overall operation, and the fund innovation, are significantly
related to the efficiency of the roles of local administration and fund management’s performance under Coronavirus 2019 pandemic at .05 level (p-value < 0.05).
