The Development of a Care Model for the Dependent Elderly of the Long Term Care Fund in local Government Organization at Nong Song Hong District ,Khon Kaen Province.

This research used a Research & Development methodology to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of the dependent elderly care model of the long-term elderly care fund in local government organizations. Nong Song Hong District Khon Kaen research area In this research, the research was conducted in the area of long-term care fund for the local government. Nong Song Hong District 13 locations in Khon Kaen Province. Data were collected from 130 dependent elderly people and 117 involves persons .The research was carried out from June 2021 to May 2022. In analyzing the effectiveness of the developed model It was assessed by comparing the ability to perform daily activities
and quality of life among dependent elderly subjects before and after using the model for 6 months using a paired t-test at a confidence level of 95% CI.
The results showed that developed model consists of 3 main processes: 1. Preparation to promote and prevent elderly health care in all sectors, 2 . Community-based health care operations There is coordination of family, neighbors, communities and all sectors and 3 . Consultation and supervision, monitoring, summarizing and evaluating to improve and develop. results are reported periodic followup at the sub-district, district level continuously Effectiveness and Integrated Care Model For the elderly who are dependent on the Long-Term Elderly Care Fund of the Local Administrative Organization Nong Song Hong District Khon Kaen province The effectiveness of the developed model It was assessed by comparing the ability to perform daily activities and the quality of life of a dependent elderly sample. Before and after using the model for 6 months using paired t-test statistics, it was found that the average overall ability to perform daily activities and the quality of life of the dependent elderly. After the
experiment was higher than before the experiment was statistically significant at the level of 0.05 (p =0.001). mental quality of life social relations and the environment The post-test mean was significantly
