This study was a descriptive study comparing two case studies of patients receiving services at the emergency accident and forensic medicine department. The objectives of this study were to study history, disease progression, treatment and nursing care of patients with acute myocardial ischemia and to compare patients with acute myocardial ischemia in a case study of 2 cases between August 2022 - January 2023.
The study found that From a study of 2 acute myocardial ischemia patients entering the Fast track system, it was found that Case 1, a 77-year-old monk, had chest pain 30 minutes before coming with EMS, denies congenital disease. Received care according to all 3 nursing plans. Care can be corrected and alleviated. Received treatment by referral for Primary PCI at Sakon Nakhon Hospital. The second patient, a 40-year-old monk, had abdominal pain and colic under the epigastric region, 39 minutes before coming, was brought by a relative. He was taken care of according to all 4 nursing plans. He was treated with Streptokinase. While giving the drug, he had cramps. Hypotension: Give Norepinephine. Watch out for adverse reactions after administering Streptokinase. There was no severe bleeding in various organs. There were no signs of reperfusion arrhythmia. forwarded to Sakon Nakhon Hospital Both patients survived.
