Abstract

     This action research aimed to 1) Study the understanding of the ability to adjust appropriate working postures according to the principles of ergonomics in the workplace, 2) Study the form of enhancing appropriate working postures according to the principles of ergonomics in the workplace. in Kalasin Province, and 3) Study the effect of a model for enhancing proper working posture according to ergonomic principles in the workplace. in Kalasin Province The sample group was There were 214 employees working in enterprises in Kalasin Province. Data were collected by using a questionnaire. qualitative data analysis using content analysis Quantitative data analysis Descriptive statistics were used: frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Inferential statistics were Dependent t – test. The level of statistical significance was set at .05.

     The results: 1) Working conditions of employees in the workplace in Kalasin province, namely causes of injuries at work. Common ergonomic problems and the risk of suffering from office syndrome. Overall and each aspect was at a moderate level. after operation Overall and each side were at the highest level. 3) The form of promoting appropriate working postures according to the principles of ergonomics in the workplace in Kalasin Province consisted of what is ergonomics? pathogenic factors Common ergonomic problems pain in the shoulders and arms lower back pain Leg and knee pain equipment and energy savings  increase muscle strength 4) Comparison of the understanding of the ability to adjust the ergonomic working posture in the workplace before and after the operation found that there were significant differences. Statistically significant at the .05 level, where the mean scores after training were higher than before (negative t value).
