The results showed that: 1) Preoperative period Both patients were anxious. Because it was the first surgery and it was performed at the district hospital. resulting in increased anxiety 2) Perioperative The two patients were at the same risk: 1) hypothermia; 2) infection; 3) heavy blood loss. 3) Postoperative period, it was found that both patients had similar problems: 1) Discomfort due to wound pain, 2) The patients had anxiety about behavior when returning home, 3) The patients did not Dare to move because of fear of pain and scarring from this study The results of the study can be used as information to determine guidelines for caring for patients undergoing abdominal hysterectomy so that the patients receive quality nursing care.
