Exploring and comparing the barriers and facilitators to the implementation of environmental health accreditation in the provincial administration organization.

This research was survey research by Cross sectional study datawere analy by mixed methods that combines elements of quantitative method and qualitative method aiming to analyze the quality development and compare obstacles and processes for quality certification of environmental health services of local administrative organizations in Loei Province. This research reviews and develops existing operational models under the spatial context in 8 municipalities and subdistrict municipalities.
From the quality development of 8 environmental health service systems, to be suitable and efficient. The study shows that the most significant opinion towards the quality development of the environmental health service system and local administrative organizations (EHA) in 7 aspects is to build morale and honor from being certified at the provincial or national level. It affects the performance of local government organizations, followed by accurate measurement, analysis, and knowledge management in developing the quality of environmental health service systems of local government organizations. It is a tool that helps organizations improve their environmental health
work, which shows the first highest satisfaction result is the criteria for assessing the quality of the environmental health service system of local government organizations. Comparison of obstacles and processes for environmental health service quality certification of all local administrative organizations had 6 issues including applying for the project environmental health service system,
understanding of the development of environmental health service systems, self-assessment according to the development of the environmental health service system, preparation of a selfassessment report and preparation of evidence documents and issues in awarding certificates for the development of environmental health service systems. The problem found in municipalities that do not participate in the project is they don't have a person in charge clearly resulting in an inability to prepare documents and receive assessments.
