Abstract

     This study aims to To study the nursing care of pneumonia in children with congenital heart disease Results: A case study of a 10-month-old girl of Lao ethnicity who came to the hospital with symptoms of cough, phlegm, and shortness of breath. diagnostician pneumonia have congenital disease congenital heart disease Treated at Maharat Hospital, Nakhon Ratchasima, treated at pediatric ward Received treatment with a High Flow Nasal cannula (HFNC) machine to provide nursing care to keep the patient safe from hypoxia. lung infection Watch for breathing and heart failure. Teach parents to take care of patients while they are in the hospital. and prepare for continuing care of patients at home The patient responded well to the treatment, respectively, and was able to wean off the High Flow Nasal cannula and administer the oxygen cannula smoothly and safely. No complications during care Have a follow-up appointment and receive continuous medication There is a care system at the developmental stimulation clinic. for further comprehensive care of patients Hospitalization for a total of 7 days from follow-up after treatment. No recurrence was found.
