Abstract

     The action research, which develops 3 cycles, each consisting of 4 stages: planning, action, observation, reflection, and evaluation of the development of nursing practices developed using AGREEII Thailand, conducted in October 2020-May 2021. A specific sample was selected: 1.87 patients diagnosed with hospitalized blood clot infections, 2.Professional nurses performing outpatient work. Emergency Accidents Men's and Women's Internal medicine Wards 50 Aye Wards, the instruments used in the study include: data were collected by evaluation form. Analyze data using content analysis. The results showed that the evaluation of nursing practices developed using AgreeII thailand in six categories showed that the assessment of overall best practices in the quality of practices was of the highest possible quality. Assess the effectiveness of using nursing practices with infected patients in blood vessels and nurses who use the practice. The mortality rate was found to have decreased by 0.35 percent. Antibiotic exposure within 1 hour of diagnosis increased by 91.23 percent. The rate is observed in the blood before receiving antibiotics within 45 minutes. Up 92.15 percent fluid overload exposure rate in 30 minutes increased by 94.28% The rate at which patients are cared for in the ICU Within 3 hours Down 87.65% The rate of severe complications decreases. Severe acute renal failure (serum creatinine > 5.0 ) 0.78% respiratory failure 1.23 percent Metastatic blood clotting (DIC) 1.22% in professional nurses who use nursing practices It was found that satisfaction with this nursing operation was found to be at the highest level. Therefore, the effectiveness of the development of nursing practices, patients with bloodstream infections in community hospitals. Ubon Ratchathani, with systematic developments ranging from screening, background checks as well as the use of information detected from physical examinations and laboratory results, resulted in doctors reporting to ensure that the diagnosis was correct and quickly, patients received care that was treated within 6 hours, receiving medications, receiving medicines, receiving petrips and receiving water quickly and adequately safely from shock and visceral function failure.
