Abstract

     This research aimed to study and compare the hematologic values among patients with the novel coronavirus disease 2019, Phang Nga Hospital. It is a cross-sectional analytical retrospective study. using historical data Between October 2021 to March 2022, a group of 300 subjects, cluster sampling, and systematic sampling, collected data from Complete Blood Count (CBC) hematology results. by descriptive statistics and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) at a significance level of 0.05.

     The results showed that in Comparison of hematologic values among patients infected with coronavirus disease 2019 Phang Nga Hospital In the 3 groups of patients, Cohort ward, Isolation room, and Field hospital, there was a statistically significant difference (P< 0.05) by the white blood cell count (WBC) and neutrophil of patients in the cohort ward were higher than those in the isolation room and the field hospital patients. But Red blood cells (RBC), hemoglobin (Hb), Hematocrit (Hct), platelets (Plt), lymphocytes, monocyte, and eosinophils of patients in the cohort ward was lower than those in the isolation room and field hospital patients.
