Development of the Health Care New Normal Model for Elderly Muangubonratchathani Distric, Ubon Ratchathani Province

This action research aimed to development of the health care new normal model for elderly
Muangubonratchathani distric, Ubon Ratchathani province. The study was conducted in 3 phases 1 )
Preparatory phase to study the framework of health care for the elderly 2) The action plan for health care activities is 2.1) Planning 2.2) action 2.3) observation 2.4) reflection 3) model development evaluation phase. There were 3 groups of samples in this research: 1) a study of the context of caring for the elderly, 385 members of the elderly club, 2) Target groups for the development of the model were 30 stakeholders,
and 3) the sample group in the model evaluation 50 elderly people by simple random. The data were collected by using focus group discussion and questionnaire(the confidence value between 0.82 - 0.88). The quantitative data were mainly analyzed through descriptive statistics and a statistical paired t-test and the qualitative data were mainly analyzed through content analysis. The results showed that:
1.The health care new normal model for elderly Muangubonratchathani distric, Ubon Ratchathani province which consists of 8 activities :1) propose a policy for elderly health care. 2) analyzing health problems of the elderly 3) prepare a database for the elderly 4) organize health care activities, 5 new normal life health care activities for the elderly, which are (1) healthy menu (2) stretch a little each day (3) combine positive thinking energy (4) 3 aspects (food, exercise and emotion) and (4) far away from COVID- 19.5) provide services in public health facilities 6) provide proactive health care services in the community. 7) developing the potential of the elderly care network 8) Developing the Potential of the Elderly Club
2. After the development of the model, it was found that knowledge, health care behaviors, a new way of life for the elderly. after model development better than before the development of the model statistically significant (P < 0.001). Satisfaction with the model was at a high level (=3.97, SD=0.49). Furthermore, the success factors the including Muangubon : management activity, network, good practice, undertake, budget, objective and news.
