Abstract

     This research is an action research to determine the long-term care system in public health. For the elderly who are dependent Nakhon Phanom Province The sample consisted of 30 health care teams, 36 related parties, and dependent elderly people. who are admitted to the public health long-term care system For the elderly who are dependent Nakhon Phanom Province, 313 people willing to participate in the research. The research tools were general information questionnaires. Activity Daily Living : ADL Assessment form for assessing the ability to perform daily life according to the Barthel ADL Index Satisfaction questionnaire for dependent elderly people and a feasibility assessment form for using a public health long-term care system. For the elderly who are dependent The study was conducted during January to June 2023, using a total period of 6 months. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Comparison of the ability to perform daily activities according to the Barthel ADL index (Activity Daily Living: ADL), quality of life of dependent elderly people Satisfaction of the dependent elderly by using inferential statistics to analyze the t value (t-test), type dependent Sample t-test.

     The results showed that 1) the ability to perform daily life according to the Barthel ADL index (Activity Daily Living: ADL) of the volunteers. dependent elderly It was found that after the development, the average ability to perform daily activities was increased than before the development. statistically significant at the 0.05 level (X=9.12, SD=1.50; X=7.74, SD=2.06). of the volunteer sample dependent elderly It was found that after the development, the average quality of life was increased than before the development. statistically significant at the 0.05 level (X=90.71 SD=9.07; X=55.76, SD=7.37). of the volunteer sample Stakeholder Team It was found that after the development, the average satisfaction of the dependent elderly was higher than before the development. statistically significant at the 0.05 level (X=33.88 SD=2.02; X=21.92 SD=3.08) and 4) the possibility of using a public health long-term care system. For the elderly who are dependent of the volunteer sample The health and stakeholder teams found that, overall, they agreed on the possibility of using a public health long-term care system. for the elderly with dependent conditions, 100 percent, and when classifying each item found that Health and stakeholder teams agree on the possibility of implementing a public health long-term care system. For the elderly with dependent conditions, 100 percent of all items as well.
