The Development of Nursing Service System to Preventing Falls in Hospitalized Elderly Patients

Abstract

     This research is research and development. The objectives were to study situations, problems, and the use of nursing practice guidelines.      The study found that Results of the development of the nursing service system There was no incidence of falls in the study month in the study area. 62.79% of WI-assessed patients were distributed to all wards. and recording according to nursing practice in the KPHIS system increased by 13.95%. Professional nurses who used the questionnaire were satisfied with the medium level (mean = 3.33).
