Abstract

     This research is research and development. The objectives were to study situations, problems, and the use of nursing practice guidelines. Develop a nursing service system Implement the developed nursing service system study the results and evaluation of the development results, divided into 4 phases: 1) study situations and problems; 2) develop nursing service models. 3) Apply the developed model to practice. 4) Evaluate the satisfaction of professional nurses on the use of nursing practice guidelines. The tool used is The WI observation form in the medical record, the risk assessment form for morse falls, the satisfaction assessment form of registered nurses. data analysis Descriptive statistics were used: number, percentage, mean and standard deviation.

     The study found that Results of the development of the nursing service system There was no incidence of falls in the study month in the study area. 62.79% of WI-assessed patients were distributed to all wards. and recording according to nursing practice in the KPHIS system increased by 13.95%. Professional nurses who used the questionnaire were satisfied with the medium level (mean = 3.33).
