Promoting of Health Product Surveillance comprehension in Community Grocery Stores in Don Chan District, Kalasin Province.

This research was action research aimed to study health literacy in health product surveillance of community grocery stores. and to study a model for promoting health literacy in health product surveillance of community grocery stores in Don Chan District, Kalasin Province. The study period is from October 2021 to September 2022. Sample size were 96 Grocery store, Don Chan District, Kalasin Province. Collect data from surveys and questionnaires. data analysis by Content Analysis: Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation and Dependent t – test.
The study found that health literacy in health product surveillance of community grocery stores in Don Chan District, Kalasin Province. before operation Overall and each side is at a moderate level after the implementation. Overall and each aspect was at the highest level before and after the operation. There was a statistically significant
difference at the .05 level (p < .05), where the mean scores were greater after the operation. And from a survey of all 96 grocery stores before proceeding to find a grocery store that has sales Modern drugs, dangerous drugs, specially controlled drugs And illegal health products of 83 stores, representing 86.46 percent, and after the activity found a grocery store Modern drugs, dangerous drugs, specially controlled drugs and illegal health products decreased to 6 shops, representing 6.25 percent, and 17 grocery stores passed the assessment of Don Chan District Quality Grocery Standards, representing 17.71 percent.
