Nursing Care of Non-ST Elevation Myocardial Infraction with underlying Disease in Kalasin Hospital: 2 Case Studies

This study had the objective to study nursing care for patients with NSTEMI myocardial infarction. and those with co-morbidities This is a case study of 2 patients who were admitted to Kalasin Hospital. By analyzing case studies Compare illness information Health assessment according to the Gordon Health Plan and diagnosis Important nursing care during a crisis Continuing care period and discharge planning period.
Results of the study: It was found that the two cases were different in the following issues: 1) Personal factors at risk for disease, including age, congenital diseases, eating habits, smoking, drinking alcohol and Sleeping behavior 2)Symptoms and signs 3) Complications during care 4) Giving medicine while receiving treatment 5) Having co-morbidities and having different issues, including 1) Diagnosis of disease 2) Referring patients for procedures (Animation and cardiac catheterization) according to the NSTEMI Referral system 3) Important nursing diagnosis problems in the crisis period, the continuous care period and the discharge planning period.
