This pre-experimental research aimed to studied the effects of the health education program on knowledge. Behavior of patients who undergo surgery for bone fracture and internal fixation (Open Reduction Internal Fixation). The sample group includes patients who come for surgery. Suvarnabhumi Hospital By selecting a distributed distribution of 30 people, the tools used in the research were questionnaires. It was found that before providing health education, most had a low level of knowledge about fractures, 76.70 percent, and after giving health education, most had a moderate level of knowledge, 66.70 percent.
