Abstract

     This study is a survey research. The objective is to survey and evaluate the efficiency of wastewater treatment systems of 15 hospitals in Sakon Nakhon Province by surveying and using questionnaires to collect relevant information. The results lead to guidelines for wastewater management. Testing the data collection tools and checking the content validity and reliability of the questionnaire in this study were 0.87 and 0.82

     The results of the study found that the size of community hospitals in Sakon Nakhon Province is 1, 30 beds, 9, 2, 60, 2, 90, and 1, 120 beds. Wastewater management depends directly on Primary and Holistic Services Group The hospital uses a biological wastewater treatment system, which is an SBR treatment system (Sequencing Batch Reactor), in 10 locations. Activated sludge wastewater treatment system, 1 location, and 4 more systems that have changed, namely an anaerobic filter tank with an aerated pond (Septic Anaerobic filter and Aerated pond), lifespan of the treatment system The average wastewater is more than 26 years old, and some hospitals have more wastewater than the system designed. For risk management in the collection system Wastewater pumping system And the control and supervision of the community hospital's wastewater treatment system is not clear. Solving the problem uses only the form of on-site inspection.
